Getting Started - Training Setup
Because we deliver the system as a hosted service, setting up the training for your organization and learners is simple and can normally be accomplished the in less than a day. You determine the courses your employees will take and we take care of the rest.
- We load your learners into the LMS and register them into their courses,
- The LMS sends a new user email to all registered learners with their username, password, link to the training portal and login instructions.
- The learners begin training.
- We provide you ongoing customer support. It's that simple!
Learning Portal Options
We offer two different options for your learning portal. Many customers use our standard portal which offers ease-of-use for both learners and training managers. It includes our classic reporting module which provides all the reporting tools you'll need to manage your training program.
Larger customers without their own LMS often select to have their own branded learning portal. If you select this option we'll create your learning portal with your logo, colors, and welcome message. This option also inlcudes our Dynamic Reporting module that provides advanced filtering and sorting of all training information plus custom report creation. Additionally, all emails sent from the LMS can be customized and will be from your training administrator. Plus you'll have the option of creating and delivering your own training content.
While this option takes just a little longer to setup it will provide you all the features and benefits of an enterprise LMS, without the high cost. Be sure to ssk you sales representative about this option.
