Evolve Learning Manager - LMS

Providing best-in-class training courses is only part of our online compliance training solutions.  The Evolve Learning Manager is the enterprise class learning management system that your staff will use to access their courses and administrators will use to manage and report on all training.  The Evolve Learning Manager LMS is a user-friendly, scalable learning system that can manage training for 10 to 10,000 learners with equal ease and ensure your training courses are always available

The LMS is designed to deliver training courses to learners based upon their role and job responsibilities.  Our large library of HIPAA, OSHA and EEO courses and flexible licensing model takes advantage of that functionality and will allow you to assign courses to employees based upon their training needs and the hazards they face on the job; it's not one size fits all. 

Clinical employees can have their assigned courses to prepare them for their work environment while administrative and front office staff will have their own separate course curriculum to prepare them for their work responsibilities.

Hosting

We host the LMS so there is no hardware or software you have to install; your training courses can be setup and and delivering training to your staff in a matter of days.  You also won't have the hassle of entering long activation codes to register your staff for their training site since we will upload all learners into the system and register them for their courses as part of our setup services.

Reporting

The system includes a comprehensive reporting module allowing administrators to pinpoint training status and results at any time with just a few mouse clicks.  And because we'll set the system up to match your organizational structure; managers will be able to run training status reports for staff in their departments or locations.

Dashboards

The Managers Dashboards are also graphical reporting tools to use to graphically display training status for all staff and can be printed or exported to Excel for further analysis.

Certificates

Certificates of Completion can be provided for staff to print when they have completed their assigned courses or course curriculums.  They are customized with your logo, organization name and color to provide staff a visible reminder of training achievement.
