New Customers
Getting Started
Setting up the training system is very simple and and takes just a few steps since there is no software or hardware to install. You determine the courses your employees will take from our large library of compliance courses and we setup the system and register your learners with their courses based upon the information you provide. Our other large libraries of healthcare safety, compliance and EEO courses will insure that you can deliver all your critical HIPAA and other safety and healthcare compliance training courses from our centralized online training system.
Phase I
We'll send you an Excel spreadsheet to create account for all employees and establish their role, department, and other information that contains the following data elements. You complete the spreadsheet with your learner information and email it back to us.

The Group determines which courses will be assigned to the learners. Learners are assigned to Groups based upon their training needs for the job they perform or even the department or location where they work. Course catalogs are created and then assigned to employee training Groups.
Our service team will bulk upload your learners to the site, setup course catalogs and register employees for their training courses. The LMS can optionally send an automatic email to all learners telling them the link to the training site, their Username and Password; plus any other information you wish to tell them about the training program.
Branded Learning Portal
We can create a branded learning portal for organizations that want their own online training portal for employees to access for training. We incorporate your organization's logo, colors and even other images to give the training site a custom look your employees can easily recognize. Customers who have their own portal can also have additional administrative functionality to easily manage their training program.
Manage as much or as little as you want. The LMS is very flexible and can be configured so you can manage as much or as little of the administrative functionality as you want. Many of our customers start out just adding learners and running management reports.
Phase II
Administrator Training
We'll provide training conducted via a web session and we'll also provide an Administrator's Manual. The training is an interactive online seminar consisting of an in-depth explanation of the learning management system including adding new learners, assigning training to them, running management reports and more. It is targeted directed to the individuals who will be responsible for administering the training.
Phase III
Go live and ongoing support. We have a proven HIPAA training solution; tested by our many customers however sometimes support issues need to be reported.
