The courses were principally developed by the Chair of the health law practice of a leading national law firm.  The course author monitors legislation and court rulings to ensure the courses are up-to-date in all current HIPAA rules and regulations.   We upload the updates to the LMS  at no charge to ensure our customers have access to the most current HIPAA regulations.
