Certificates of Completion

A certification is a special designation in Evolve Learning Manager assigned to one or more courses representing a formal, standalone training program. When employees complete an assigned certificate they are able to print a Certificate of Completion to signify training achievement.  A certificate also enables organizations to match company initiatives with the best employees, select qualified employees internally and employee development.

The module can be thought of as a guide to performance planning—it walks managers and employees through the necessary steps to accomplish a learning path, curriculum, or certification. Progress along the learning path is tracked via the LMS, with a variety of reporting features to be used by managers for employee development planning.

The certification management tool enables managers and administrators to:

  • develop curriculum plans,

  • add individual learning tasks,

  • assign due dates,

  • provide advance reminders via e-mail.

Administrative Functionality

The Certification time saving administration features allows administrators to create any number of predefined certificates or that can be assigned to an employee or “globally” to a group of employees. All activity within a student’s certificate is tracked and progress recorded via the LMS.
